I used J and K services to troubleshoot an electrical outlet issue and ceiling fan issue through my home warranty company. I had started with a different company who never returned to complete the repairs, so I was able to request a different contractor. I would like to state that Alan Briggs from this company was outstanding. He was able to get authorization for a new ceiling fan to replace my current one, at a value up to what my original one was worth, and accompanied me to two stores to find the correct size for replacement. He spent awhile putting the fan together properly and showed me how to change it from heat to cool settings. He troubleshot the electrical issue and uncovered it was not tightened properly. He tightened whatever was needed and now the light works again. He was very competent and sociable. I would highly recommend him for electrical issues. Thanks Allan!
